Overview
At JA+ Fit Mind, we are committed to delivering high-quality counselling services, educational workshops, and online courses that support healing, growth, and transformation. Our refund and return policy is designed to be clear, fair, and respectful of both our clients’ needs and the time and resources required to provide professional care. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we aim to accommodate changes where possible, while maintaining the integrity and value of our services. Please read the following terms carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding bookings, cancellations, and refunds.
1. Counselling Services (Individual, Group, Couple)
✅ Eligibility for Refund:

Refunds are available only if a session is cancelled by the client with at least 24 hours’ notice.

If Fit Mind cancels a session, the client will be offered either:

A full refund, or
-
A rescheduled session at no extra cost.

❌ Non-Refundable Conditions:

No refunds will be issued for missed or late sessions without prior notice.

Refunds will not be granted once a counselling session has already taken place.

Packages paid in advance (for multiple sessions) are non-refundable once the first session has begun, but may be rescheduled.
🔁 Rescheduling:

You may reschedule your session up to 12 hours before the scheduled time, at no additional cost.

To reschedule, contact us via email or WhatsApp with your name and appointment details.
💳 Processing Time for Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
2. Online Courses (Self-paced or Instructor-led)
✅ Eligibility for Refund:

A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase, only if less than 10% of the course content has been accessed.

If you enrolled in error or purchased the wrong course, contact us within 48 hours to request a refund or transfer.
❌ Non-Refundable Conditions:

No refund will be granted if:

More than 10% of the course content has been accessed.

The course has been downloaded or shared.

The course is completed or certificate issued.

🔄 Course Exchange or Transfer:

You may request to transfer your course access to another person or switch to a different course within the same value, once and only within 7 days of purchase.

Course exchanges are not allowed once progress exceeds 10%.
📥 Technical Issues:

If you experience technical issues accessing the course, contact support within 48 hours. We’ll assist or provide alternative access.

If the issue cannot be resolved within 5 days, you may request a full refund.
3. Workshops & Public Speaking (Booked Events)
🔁 Cancellation by Client:

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled event are eligible for a 50% refund.

No refund is provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
❌ Free Public Talks:

These are free presentations and non-commercial. Feel free to access as part of educational awareness.
